Rejoice Softech was founded by Chetan Mittal on a simple conviction: serious enterprise capability does not have to be limited by geography.
The company began with remote-first software engineering at a time when distributed delivery was still unusual. Chetan was among India's early Ruby on Rails practitioners, and early work such as the American Housing Society MVP proved that remote teams could deliver meaningful systems across borders with discipline and accountability.
