2. Services and Deliverables

Rejoice Softech provides enterprise software engineering, strategic consulting, and related technical services. Specific project scopes, timelines, deliverables, service levels, staffing responsibilities, security controls, data-processing roles, and payment terms will be defined in a separate, mutually agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW), Master Services Agreement (MSA), Data Processing Agreement (DPA), security schedule, or service-level schedule. These website terms do not supersede formal project contracts.

3. Regulated Engagements

Staffing, employer-of-record, managed talent, managed workflow, document-processing, and regulated operations engagements are also subject to our Regulated Engagement Terms. Clients remain responsible for regulated decisions, professional supervision, and final approval of work product unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a formal contract, Rejoice Softech retains all intellectual property rights to pre-existing frameworks, methodologies, and internal tools used during service delivery. Client-specific code and deliverables become the intellectual property of the client upon full payment, as detailed in individual service agreements.

5. Website Use and Content

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and digital assets, is the property of Rejoice Softech or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission. The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional advice.

6. Limitation of Liability
