Regulated Engagement Terms

Last Updated: June 2026

This page summarizes public terms that apply to Rejoice Softech staffing, employer-of-record, managed talent, managed workflow, document-processing, and regulated operations engagements. Binding obligations are defined in the applicable Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, Data Processing Agreement, security schedule, service-level schedule, and jurisdiction-specific addenda.

1. Agreement Precedence

If this website or any marketing content conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls. Service scope, staffing levels, service levels, security controls, deliverables, fees, confidentiality obligations, data-processing roles, and liability limits must be documented in executed engagement documents.

2. Staffing and EOR Scope

For managed talent or employer-of-record style engagements, Rejoice Softech may administer recruitment coordination, onboarding, payroll support, statutory compliance, HR administration, performance coordination, leave administration, facilities, equipment, access coordination, and offboarding. The exact employment model, local entity arrangement, and client control rights depend on the signed engagement documents and applicable law.

3. Client Supervision and Regulated Decisions

Hosted personnel and operations teams work under client-defined instructions, workflows, systems, policies, approvals, and supervision. Clients remain responsible for regulated decisions, professional advice, client communications, investment recommendations, medical determinations, legal conclusions, accounting positions, tax positions, compliance approvals, trade instructions, and final work-product approval.

4. No Regulated Professional Role

Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement and supported by appropriate licensing, Rejoice Softech does not act as an investment advisor, broker-dealer, asset manager, fiduciary, law firm, accounting firm, medical provider, insurer, claims administrator of record, or regulated compliance officer. Website descriptions are capability descriptions, not regulated professional advice.

5. Managed Workflow and Document Operations

Managed workflow engagements may include intake, routing, indexing, classification, extraction, validation, reconciliation, review queues, escalation handling, reporting, dashboarding, and operational coordination. AI-assisted outputs are designed for human review unless a signed agreement states otherwise. Clients remain responsible for determining whether outputs are accurate, complete, appropriate, and approved for regulated use.

6. Confidentiality and Data Processing

Rejoice Softech handles client information, candidate information, workflow documents, operational records, and engagement data according to applicable confidentiality and data-processing terms. Where Rejoice Softech processes personal data on behalf of a client, processing is performed under documented client instructions and applicable contractual requirements.

7. Security Controls

Engagement-specific controls may include VDI access, endpoint restrictions, no-local-storage patterns, role-based access, per-client segregation, session logging, access reviews, secure facilities, visitor protocols, offboarding checklists, incident escalation paths, backup procedures, and audit support. Actual controls depend on the service scope, client environment, risk classification, and signed security schedule.

8. Service Levels and Incident Escalation

Any service levels, response times, staffing coverage, throughput commitments, review cadences, escalation paths, and reporting obligations apply only when documented in a signed SOW or service-level schedule. Rejoice Softech may support incident triage and escalation, but client responsibilities and third-party platform dependencies remain subject to the executed agreement.

9. Subprocessors and Service Providers

Rejoice Softech may use service providers for hosting, security tooling, communication, HR administration, payroll support, collaboration, analytics, document processing, and operational delivery. Client-specific subprocessors or approval requirements will be documented where required by contract or applicable law.

10. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Rejoice Softech does not guarantee regulatory approvals, investment outcomes, medical outcomes, legal outcomes, hiring timelines, cost savings, uninterrupted third-party platform availability, or suitability for every client environment. Engagement success depends on client systems, data quality, instructions, supervision, timely approvals, third-party services, and agreed scope.
